Grand Ram Tricycle Race
Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 19, for the 6th Annual Grand Ram Tricycle Race. The fun will begin with the Grand Ram Tricycle Race where participants age PreK through adult are invited to join the fun. Individuals will race on tricycles or big wheels (no Green Machines allowed) which you can bring from home or borrow one at the event. We will even have adult tricycles available for the older students and adults. Trophies will be awarded to different age groups.
Not only is this a great community event, but a wonderful fundraiser for our school!
PRICE: $12 per participant - includes an event t-shirt (by September 20 to ensure shirt size).
Onsite registration is $15.
Additional T-Shirts (no race entry) $8.

9:00 am Race Heats begin

Know Love and Serve Shirts
Our school needs our help!! There is a need to make some improvements to the security of the school. Adding cameras at the cafeteria doors for aftercare for example and other miscellaneous needs. With all the improvements that were made over the summer, well...funds are tight! So Home and School is offering the know.love.serve t-shirts as a fundraiser for this project. ALL FUNDS WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE SCHOOL FOR ADDITIONAL SECURITY!

ABOUT YOUR HOME & SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
The Home and School Association is an organization whose goal is to assist teachers, the principal, and the School Committee in the accomplishment of projects relative to the building of the parent community. All parents, faculty and staff are considered members of the Home and School Association. The organization assists teachers when necessary, provides a forum for exchanging ideas for improvements of the facilities and raises money to be used to benefit the students. Parents are encouraged to attend Home and School meetings and contribute a $30.00 annual fee.

Planning/Teacher Appreciation: Sets the calendar of events, plans the quarterly meetings and teacher appreciation events, plans fundraising, and helps to coordinate all the other events and committees.
Communications/Homeroom Parents: Works on informing all parents about Home and School and other school events and activities.
Social: Will brainstorm and come up with some new events for OLPH. If you have ideas of what you would like to see, this is the committee for you.
Trunk-or-Treat: Organizes Trunk-or-Treat in October.
Breakfast with Santa: Organizes Breakfast with Santa in December.
Choo Choo Catholic Fall Fest: Plan and organize our new signature Fall event.
